* LIVERPOOL accountant Rob Young has been promoted to partner at Bootle-based SB&P accountants and business advisers.
Mr Young, 31, won promotion in the same week as he became a father to new-born son Charlie.
He will continue to head the special projects division of SB&P, specialising in corporate finance and tax investigation, but continuing with some general practice work.
* ALAN WILSON has joined the Liverpool office of accountancy firm Baker Tilly as business development director.
Corporate banker Mr Wilson, who moved to Merseyside in 1992, has spent over 30 years with Bank of Scotland and HBOS, latterly as regional director for North West England.
He is also a non-executive director at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and a member of the Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
* YORKSHIRE Bank’s Financial Solutions Centre in Liverpool has appointed Amanda Miller as asset finance partner.
Chester-born Ms Miller, 43, joins Yorkshire Bank after 11 years with RBS. She has spent her career working in asset finance.
* RESIDENTIAL estate agent KMC has appointed three new members of staff in Liverpool.
Carolyne Jones, who has over 10 years experience in the North West residential property sector joins as sales manager, while Aimee Parsons will lead Keppie Massie’s letting division as lettings manager. Ali O’Hara joins from Countrywide as sales consultant.
