Orbis takes on St Helens building

ORBIS, a company that specialises in protecting and maintaining empty property, has taken an 8,594 sq ft warehouse on Sherdley Business Park, St Helens, Merseyside.

The company, trading as Orbis Property Protection, has leased Unit 6 in Delph Court as an operational branch and monitoring centre. It has 15 other branches in the UK.

Orbis has agreed a rent of £40,821 pa (£4.75 per sq ft) for the 10-year lease. The landlord is PR Alba on behalf of Protego Real Estate Investors.

Edwin Hill advised Orbis while DGi-Davis George (now part of CBRE) represented PR Alba.
