THE founders of West Lancashire-based Construction Partnership UK have joined a property development company backed by NatWest Bank.
Stuart Whittle and business partner Steve Burke who founded CPUK, one of the North West's leading independent building and civil engineering firms, have joined the board of Downtown Living, a new company set up to deliver residential schemes.
Downtown has already begun work on its first apartment scheme in Preston after obtaining an £8m package from NatWest Bank’s property finance division in the North West, with Skelmersdale-based CPUK building 85 luxury homes next to the £450m Tithebarn regeneration plan in the city
