PROPERTY agent Knight Frank has announced the launch of a new North West property asset management team – with all four members joining from rival Erinaceous Group, formerly Dunlop Haywards.
Jacqueline Flatley becomes partner, property asset management; Peter Williams is appointed associate; David Barnes is associate facilities manager and Anna Line has become administrator.
Operating out of Liverpool and Manchester, its remit will be to develop property asset management services across Merseyside and the North West.
Graeme Wood, partner and head of Knight Frank’s commercial team in the North West, said: “It has taken quite some time to find the right team of individuals, but this is another key part of Knight Frank’s expansion in the region.
“To attract an experienced team such as this, with their well established market knowledge, is very significant and says some- thing about the way in which Knight Frank is developing.”
Property asset management is one of the fastest growing departments in Knight Frank nationwide and the firm currently manages almost £5bn of property.
