Work starts on offices

WORK has started on the Meridian Business Village in Hunt’s Cross, Speke.
Prospect GB, a subsidiary of the Riverside Group, will speculatively develop the 2.65 acre site. It will provide 42,000 sq ft of high specification office accommodation that will be divided between 22 self contained units ranging from 1,374 sq ft – 5,406 sq ft
Acting on behalf of Bellway Homes, Atisreal in Manchester sold the prime development site which was part of Hunt’s Cross residential development, to the fast growing property investment and development company.
The office agency division at Atisreal has been retained by Prospect GB and appointed with joint agents GVA Grimley. The space at Meridian Business Village will be available to purchase or to let.
