Convenience store rents space at Opal Court

ACTING as joint agents with Edward Symmons, the business space division of Atisreal has let 1,435 sq ft of retail space to convenience store Best-One Kenza Food Stores, at student development Opal Court in Liverpool.

The retailer has taken the space over a 20 year lease for £18,500 per annum. Atisreal has undertaken the instruction on behalf of the Opal Property Group, the UK’s largest private developer, owner and operator of student accommodation.

Atisreal has an exclusive contract to advise on surplus space within Opal Property Group’s growing commercial property portfolio throughout the country including developments in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds and Plymouth.

Opal Court is situated in London Road, close to the Roy Castle centre.

Tim Taylor, director of business space at Atisreal says: “Opal Court presents a fantastic commercial property opportunity that we believe Best-One Kenza Food Stores will be able to take full advantage of.

“In addition to its strategic location, a large proportion of their targeted market lives within close proximity.”
