Property agency promotes four staff in anniversary year

COMMERCIAL property agency Mason Owen has promoted four of its Liverpool-based staff.
Jon Williams, 51, becomes director and board member following 19 years with the company. He specialises in asset management and is responsible for Ethel Austin Properties’ nationwide portfolio.
Carole Shaw becomes finance director, while Andrew McNee and James Heyes have been promoted to salaried partner and associate partner respectively.
Andrew and James provide valuations on a broad range of commercial and residential properties to include golf courses, marinas, caravan parks and residential developments. The firm is in its 40th year and employs more than 100 people in Liverpool, London, Edinburgh and an associated practice in Dublin.
