Strong interest in period offices

THREE major refurbished office buildings have been unveiled right in the heart of Grosvenor's £1bn Liverpool One scheme.

The refurbishment and development of the three buildings – Russell Building, Compton House and Stanley Building – will give firms the chance to operate in the centre of the new 42-acre development.

The three period office buildings, dating back to the 19th cent- ury and comprising a total of 35,000 sq ft, will be refurbished and transformed as part of the regeneration and will provide high quality office accommodation that retains its period character.

The offices are now available to let and will be available for occupation next spring. Global property expert Knight Frank is the joint letting agent along with Keppie Massie.

Graham Bowling, associate at Knight Frank’s Liverpool office, said: “Liverpool One also includes the provision of high quality office space and companies that move into these buildings will find themselves in the centre of the largest development of its kind in Europe.

“It is going to be a great place to do business and we are already seeing strong interest in the offices.”
