A PROMINENT site currently occupied by Station Garage on Freemasons Row next to Leeds Street, Liverpool, is for sale.
The 0.35 acre site currently houses a garage with equipment for re-spraying and repairing vehicles, but is likely to suit a variety of alternative uses subject to planning permission.
Freemasons Row runs parallel to Leeds Street (A5053), part of the Liverpool inner ring road, and is on the fringe of the city centre.
The site and premises are next to The Reach development, the universities’ city centre student accommodation, and offers easy access to the road network.
The current owners wish to leaseback the premises on terms to be agreed for 12 months with unconditional offers due to be sought for the freehold interest.
Mason Owen has been appointed to deal with it.
Partner Andrew Owen, said: “The Station Garage site is in a superb location on the fringe of Liverpool city centre and as such, subject to planning, could potentially suit a variety of uses. It presents a rare opportunity to purchase a freehold site in such a prominent location.”
