LIVERPOOL property group Venmore claims it will become one of the biggest commercial property players in Merseyside when its merger with Dears Brack is finally sealed.
Dears Brack joined the Venmore Partnership in 2004 but has retained its own brand. However, later this month, it will be brought under the Venmore brand.
Venmore commercial partner Peter Brack said the merger is the result of three years of “hard graft” – restructuring, sharing expertise and bringing together working practices.
He added: “The combination of Dears Brack and Venmore will unleash a powerful force in Liverpool, with our combined transactions of £500m – this thrusts Venmore into both the commercial and residential premier league.”
“The timing had to be right for our clients and our staff,” he added. “The fusion of Dears Brack’s commercial experience and expertise, and Venmore’s residential heritage, took time to fine tune and we are now ready to go for it under one instantly recognisable and respected name.”
The deal will see the Venmore brand take over Dears Brack’s former North John Street home.
Venmore Commercial will offer clients a range of services including architectural design, surveyor and project management, and property and asset management.
