Heritage to be preserved

PROPERTY agent Knight Frank has been appointed to market one of Liverpool’s most prominent office buildings.

Northern-based property giant Bruntwood bought Number 1 Dale Street last month and a £2m refurbishment proposal for the Grade II listed building has been announced.

It was formerly the home of Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Corporate and law firm Brabners Chaffe Street. The RBS retail arm remains in the building.

Graham Bowling, associate at Knight Frank, said: “The refurbishment is going to be a prime example of how to create modern high quality office facilities, while preserving the heritage of a great building.”
