THE Liverpool offices of Keppie Massie, along with the Manchester offices of Cushman & Wakefield, were on hand to launch Tiger Court, Kings Business Park in Prescot.
Acting on behalf of CDP and Pinder Fry & Benjamin, the office development is close to Junction 2 of the M57 providing access to the whole of Merseyside, the North West and nationwide.
The agents have reported a heightened level of interest in the scheme both from local businesses and those looking to open offices in the area.
The buildings are ideal for both start-up companies and established small to medium sized firms. The offices also benefit from dedicated parking.
John Brown, of Keppie Massie, said: “Our client has earmarked further phases for the park inc- luding design and build options totalling up to a further 100,000 sq ft.”
