RETAIL property specialist, Tushingham Moore, in conjunction with Hitchcock Wright and Partners, has secured a spate of lettings at Cavendish Walk, MCR Property Group’s 100,000 sq ft retail scheme in Huyton.
The deals mean that only seven units remain available at the development.
Anchored by a 30,000 sq ft Wilkinsons Store, Gamestation has taken unit 5 measuring 2,573 sq ft, Perfect Home has leased 3,484 sq ft, Costa Coffee has occupied unit 26 on the ground floor measuring 1,232 sq ft and Cash Connector is now trading from Unit 10 measuring 1,602 sq ft.
These recent additions to the scheme now complement some of the existing shops represented in Huyton including Carphone Warehouse, Adams Childrenswear and New Look.
Aneel Mussarat, of MCR Property Group said: “An increasing number of retailers are attracted to Huyton thanks to the significant amount of public and private investment, which the town and surrounding area has received.
“Cavendish Walk has further strengthened the retail offer in Huyton by complementing the adjoining Asda Wal-Mart store.”
