Century House letting

CHESHIRE-BASED commercial property developer, Dean Property Group, has secured a letting to Riverside Housing at Century House in St Helens.

Situated on the pedestrianised Hardshaw Street overlooking Victoria Square, Century House is the tallest office building in the town.

The 45,661 sq ft office building occupies an island site in the heart of the town centre.

Riverside Housing, part of The Riverside Group, has taken the ground floor on a 15-year lease, at £11.50 per sq ft.

Dean Properties has undertaken a comprehensive refurbishment of the premises.
