New shop for firm

ELECTRICAL appli-ances retailer CEX has acquired a second Liverpool shop in Lord Street, Liverpool, near the Liverpool One scheme.

Ewen Cameron of Knight Frank, Birmingham acted for Tenant CEX, with the landlords, Land Securities, represented by John Barker of Hitchcock, Wright and Partners.
