New team will manage company’s North West expansion plans

COMMERCIAL agent Knight Frank has unveiled a new senior commercial management team to drive forward its expansion plans across Merseyside and the North West.

Charles Ardern, based at Knight Frank's Liver- pool office, and David Porter and David Roper, who are both based in Manchester, make up the team responsible for the ongoing growth of the business.

Merseyside and the North West is a key area for Knight Frank and it has major plans for future growth in the region. It says the new appointments reflect the importance of this to the company.

Clive Betts remains Proprietary Partner in the North West, and he will continue to focus on recruitment to strengthen the Knight Frank teams in Liverpool and Manchester as expansion gathers pace.

Stephen Hodgson, head of Knight Frank’s regional offices, said: “The two Davids and Charles have a wealth of experience in their individual fields and together they provide overall management expertise that is second to none, along with an in-depth knowledge of the market.”

Knight Frank's Liverpool team is about to move into bigger offices in historic Horton House at Exchange Flags to accommodate its expanding team in the city.
