Pioneer set for further growth

PIONEER Business Park, in Ellesmere Port, is set for expans- ion after the launch of phase one of the 90,000 sq ft development.

The initial phase has recently reached completion, making four, two-storey 3,800 sq ft units available for immediate occupation. Buildings can be let as a whole or on a floor-by-floor basis, enabling requirements from 1,900 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft to be catered for.

Agents Mason & Partners and Legat Owen are acting for Liverpool-based developer, North West Industrial Estates.

Phase two of the scheme will be launched in April and will comprise a 30,000 sq ft three-storey office building which will see the arrival of a serviced business centre.

Jon Swain at letting agent Mason and Part- ners said: “We are wit- nessing a quiet revol- ution in the way busi- nesses approach office space.

“Entrepreneurs discouraged by large start-up costs will be attracted by the oppor- tunity to sign up for ‘pay as you go’ offices.”
