Property firm branches out with new office in Chester

LIVERPOOL-BASED commercial property agent Mason Owen has opened a new office in Chester to complement its existing offices in Liverpool, Lon- don, Edinburgh and asso- ciated practice in Dublin.

The expansion into offices in Abbey Square, Chester follows on from another record year for the company which last year celebrated its 40th birthday and recorded a 19% increase in revenue for the year to June 30 to £10.1m.

Pre-tax profits for the period also increased by over 20% to £2m. The agency were also named as North West Property Adviser of the Year by Estates Gazette for the third year running.

The new office will initially employ eight staff, providing a full range of property services.
