Agency’s new staff members

COMMERCIAL and residential property agency King Sturge has bolstered its presence in the Merseyside market with new appointments.

Tony Roberts has joined the commercial team as senior associate working on development monitoring, survey and dilapidations and party wall advice.

Louise Bardsley, a John Moores University graduate has also joined the commercial team in the valuation department.

Helen Moss, who entered the firm’s graduate recruitment programme in October 2005, has passed her Assessment of Professional Competence, qualifying as a chartered surveyor.

On the residential side of the business, Lynsey Smith has been brought in to handle city centre lettings.
