Turf-cutting launch for offices scheme

A NEW office development in Great Homer Street has been officially launched for sale by the chief executive of BusinessLiverpool.

Mike Taylor performed the official turf cutting ceremony to unveil the City Point development.

The 27,500 sq ft commercial office block development fronting Great Homer Street is the latest project by Oscar Developments.

The development is located over five storeys, comprising 16 offices built to a grade A standard, each extending to circa 1,500 sq ft.

Mr Taylor said: “City Point is exactly what Liverpool needs to give businesses the chance to purchase their own premises and still be in the heart of the city.”

City Point is also only a stone’s throw away from the £150m Project Jennifer district centre development in Great Homer Street.

Knight Frank and Mason Owen have been appointed as joint agents for the scheme.
