Work starts at Widnes project

WORK has started on a £2.4m regeneration project for the Widnes Waterfront.

Forward Partnership has commenced construction at its Forward Point development to create over 15,000 sq ft of much-needed new office space, across three office buildings with glass façades.

Chris Connor of agent, Mason Owen said: “Until now, Widnes has been lacking quality new office buildings and the regeneration of this part of town will hopefully create a new business destination.”

At the junction of Tan House Lane and Moss Bank, Forward Point is one of the key access points to Widnes Waterfront.

Forward’s Chris Wright said: “Our aim is to provide high quality office space for businesses from within and outside the region. Forward Point has been designed to attract growth sector businesses that will create job opportunities.”
