DTZ glad to win team of the year prize

REAL estate adviser DTZ collected the Industrial Team of the Year award at Property Week’s annual North West Property Awards, held at Liverpool’s BT Convention Centre.
The sale of the 444,000 sq ft former Federal Mogul manufacturing complex in Upton, Wirral was among the team’s success that impressed the judges.
Mike Mitchell, head of DTZ’s business in the north said: “The awards are well regarded in the industry and recognise only the best in their field.
‘‘We are extremely proud to have won the industrial award this year, and to have been involved with so many of the winning schemes and firms recognised on the evening.”
