AHC moves in

CB RICHARD Ellis has advised on a sub-letting that has enabled AHC Westlink, a warehousing and rail specialist owned by Stobart Group, to expand its operations in Widnes. The deal sees AHC acquire 49,845 sq ft of warehouse space in Hale Bank Industrial Estate from previous tenant Decco.
It has links to the M62 and M56 and is in the heart of the Widnes Waterfront.
