First tenant moves in

YORKSHIRE House, in Chapel Street, Liverpool, has just secured its first tenant after a £2m refurbishment.
HiTec Exports has taken the 2,313 sq ft seventh-floor penthouse suite. Developer Faircroft, in partnership with Arrowcroft and Ethel Austin Properties, has refurbished the 1920s former Yorkshire Building Society offices to create 30,000 sq ft of offices, ranging from 1,585 sq ft to 3,332 sq ft.
The refurbishment included an extensive and sensitive renovation.
