CONSTRUCTIONS Partnership UK has completed work on a 10,000 sq ft new office development at Lancashire’s Matrix Park for developer Redrow.
The West Lancashire-based company has officially handed over the new building to Redrow after completing work within budget and on time.
The £1m contract at Matrix Park, at Buckshaw Village, near Chorley, is one of a number of office and commercial projects won or negotiated by CPUK across the North West in the past 12 months.
