Spencer lets two new units

SPENCER Holdings has secured the letting of two units at its Chasewater Heaths Business Park.
The Merseyside property firm has agreed a deal with industrial and engineering company Hertel to let the units totalling 9,258 sq ft. The site is located at Burntwood Business Park, in Cannock, close to the M6 toll road.
Spencer redeveloped the site to extend and divide three units into six. Chris Hughes, property and marketing director at Spencer, said: “It’s logical to develop hybrid facilities for business parks, as it gives us the opportunity to attract customers that require traditional industrial space, and an onsite office.”
