HENRY BOOT’S Europa Court commercial scheme, in Warrington, has been sold to Gull-wing Fund 2LP for £4.1m.

Europa was complet-ed in 2002, and compris-es a terrace of ware-house accommodation and its tenants include National Grid Gas, DHL and Ideal Industries.
