ST MODWEN’S Catalyst Trade Park, Widnes, is now fully occupied following the letting of the remaining available unit and a plot of land.
Appletons Commercial Engineering has taken a three-year lease on a 7,000 sq ft unit plus storage land, and May Gurney Ltd, which provides an integrated support and construction service, has an agreement to rent 0.25 of an acre for five years. Catalyst Trade Park totals 184,711 sq ft, comprising 11 units.
