High-profile launch helps connect Langtree with office agents

A HIGH-PROFILE launch to office agents and dignitaries from across the region was held to celebrate the completion of Langtree’s latest development, Connect Business Village, in Liverpool.

Following its completion, Connect Business Village, just north of the city centre, totals more than 66,000 sq ft of office space.

The Centrix Business Centre, totalling 30,000 sq ft, has already secured its first letting with Glenely Support. The 15 self-contained offices to Connect Business Village, totalling 36,000 sq ft, have also attracted strong interest, with an office under offer and high interest in the remaining space.
