Breakfast launch for new offices

THE Stanley Grange office development on Lord Derby’s Knowsley Estate was officially launched yesterday.

The breakfast event held in the award nominated complex that comprises converted Grade II listed former Victorian farm buildings was attended by 30 office agents from across the region. The development is home to Mitie, Cybertill, Parry & Co. Solicitors and Gleeson Regeneration and Homes among others. The converted space is available from 1,000 to 5,000 sq ft.

Andrew Owen, partner at sole letting agent Mason Owen, said: “Stanley Grange is in a great location and is quite unique in the out-of-town office market.

“The setting is really quite stunning. Every building has character and is individual, and it is little surprise that only a few units are still available.”
