Land on sale at Speke for £1.5m

LAND in Speke with consent for a hotel, restaurant and offices is on offer at £1.5m.
The site on Speke Hall Road near Hunts Cross Shopping Centre is earmarked for a 55-bedroom budget hotel, a 4,000sq/ft restaurant and offices of 28,000sq/ft.
A spokesman for Edward Symmons said: “Speke Hall Road links with A561 Speke Boule-vard to Liverpool City Centre, approximately 7.5 miles north west.”
