Letting agent for new centre

CB Richard Ellis has been appointed as managing and letting agent for the Investment Centre in south Sefton.

Due for completion in July, the Investment Centre has been designed to provide new and growing businesses with an ideal incubation environment while offering some of the UK’s most sustainable office space.

Located in the heart of Bootle, the scheme provides 25,172 sq ft of Grade A office space with configurations ranging from single incubation desks to traditional office suites between 635 sq ft to 6,259 sq ft in size.

Tim Garnett, senior surveyor at CBRE Liverpool, said: “The Investment Centre’s green credentials are reinforced by highly energy efficient design features.

‘‘These include a self-cooling ventilation system that uses underground boreholes rather than energy-hungry air conditioning.”

The development is now letting, with current tenants including South Sefton Economic Regeneration Team and South Sefton Development Trust.
