Agent tops the lettings league

LIVERPOOL commercial agent Keppie Massie is at the top of the city league table for deals done.
The EGi league table says the firm has secured 33 deals over the past 12 months, totalling 215,830 sq ft.
Instructions during the period included Exchange Flags (UK Land & Property & Pochin), The Capital (Downing) and Liverpool One (Grosvenor).
The practice has been involved in some of the biggest and most high-profile lettings over the past 12 months, including lettings to the Ministry of Defence, Liverpool Vision and Regus.
