CONSTRUCTION Partnership UK (CPUK) has completed a new £3m building in the heart of Southport.
CPUK has created an eye-catching development in Hoghton Street, in the centre of the resort, which is undergoing a major revival.
The company has built a five-storey building comprising 25 apartments and retail space.
The project for Southport developer, Matila, is one of a number of high-profile contracts CPUK has negotiated or won in the homebuilding sector during the past 12 months.
The Skelmersdale-based firm is also building a £4m business park in Eccles, Greater Manchester, for property giant Peel Holdings.
