Developer builds on regeneration project

LIVERPOOL-BASED developer Iliad has submitted a planning application to build the All Saints building which will be the next project in their plans to regenerate Rotherham town centre.

The building, designed by Liverpool Architects Falconer Chester Hall, will comprise two/three levels of office accommodation above prime retail space and create nearly 12,000 sq ft of retail/leisure space and 33,000sq ft of office space.
