City offers opportunity to Irish investors

MERSEYSIDE property firm Venmore is expanding into the Belfast market.

The firm has forged an alliance with Belfast-based Turkish Homes 4 Less, who will be marketing its auction catalogue, commercial properties and overseas portfolio in Northern Ireland.

Venmore Managing Partner, Simon Wall, said the firm was constantly exploring new markets for their portfolio of properties.

He added: “Historically, Liverpool has always attracted a great deal of interest from Irish property investors. Property in Belfast is 30% more expensive than in Liverpool.

“As the market continues to contract, Venmore will provide real investment opportunities for Irish investors, who will get more for their money in Liverpool than they would secure in their homeland.”
