Firm secures in-demand business unit

ACTING on behalf of Buy As You View, DTZ has advised on the sub-letting of an industrial unit in Birchwood Park, Warrington.
Areva T&D UK has taken Unit 204 Cavendish Place comprising 21,353 sq ft by way of a sub-lease for a term of eight years at a rent equivalent to £116,374 per annum.
Birchwood Park is a 123-acre mixed-use business park benefiting from a conference centre, restaurant, health and fitness centre and a nursery.
Alex Smylie, senior surveyor at DTZ, said: “This represented a significant letting.ŠThe unit’s excellent location and high specification resulted in strong demand from the outset.”
