LINGLEY Mere Business Park, in Warrington, has announced that its Clearwater phase is now fully let.
Joint venture partners Muse Developments and United Utilities Property have revealed that MWH UK has taken the last remaining building which comprises 9,044 sq ft.
The deal marks the final piece of the jigsaw in the development which comprises 54,578 sq ft of high quality office accommodation in four buildings. Due to the success of the scheme the joint venture partners are progressing plans for an 18,500 sq ft building, which will complete this area of the park.
Phil Mayall, senior development surveyor at Muse Developments, said: “The successful completion of the Clearwater phase combined with the new UU Shared Service Centre and Regional Fire Control Centre buildings is testament to the superb business environment provided by Lingley Mere.
“This is further reinforced by the fact that for two years running, Lingley Mere will have recorded the single largest letting in the Warrington office market.”
Lingley Mere, which currently provides 380,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation, is set within 100 acres of parkland.
“When complete, it will provide more than 1m sq ft of office accommodation.
