More stores for Belle Vale

ACTING on behalf of Frogmore Real Estate Partners, DTZ and Jones Lang LaSalle have completed two more retail lettings at Belle Vale shopping centre, in Liverpool.
New Look, the fashion clothing and accessories chain, has signed up to take 7,642sq ft of a new 15,500sq ft extension.ŠA 10- year term has been agreed, and New Look is due to open early next year after completion of development works.
International food retailer Subway has taken a 10-year lease on 710sq ft of accommodation at a rent equivalent to £13,000 per annum.
Belle Vale shopping centre is six miles south-east of Liverpool city centre.
ŠOccupiers include Wilkinson, Woolworths, Peacocks, Game Station, Boots andŠArgos.
The centre has had a significant refurbishment, providing a clean and friendly shopping environment.
