Urban Splash secure design firm for Ropewalks

URBAN Splash has secured another tenant at the Ropewalks, in the centre of Liverpool.

Interior design specialist MYO Group has taken a 1,600 sq ft unit within the Tea Factory. The company, which was set up in March this year, specialises in interior design for high net worth individuals and businesses.

Its founder, Phil May, said: “Urban Splash has really helped me and my team as we establish our-selves in the Liverpool market. The calibre of our services and clientele meant the offices had to reflect our sense of style, something that the Tea Factory undeniably has.”

Mr May and his team are now planning a launch party for clients, which will be held in the Tea Fac-tory in September.

The Ropewalks compris-es only a small part of the Urban Splash Work port-folio, which also boasts properties at the Match-works, in Speke, where the brand-new 19,000 sq ft Matchbox building has just been launched to the market, as well as nationwide developments.
