Developer is sought for Warrington site

UNITED Utilities Property Solutions has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle to seek a purchaser or development partner to bring forward the redevelopment of a 15-acre site in Warrington.
Located off Forrest Way, in Sankey Bridges, the brownfield site has planning consent for employment uses of up to 250,000 sq ft.
Colin Chivers, from Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “It has the potential for a developer to create a new environment and comprehensive employment use park and will no doubt suit occupiers of small to medium size units.”
Offers and proposals from interested parties are invited by next month.
