Clothing firm can relocate

ACTING on behalf of Uneek Clothing Company, Jones Lang LaSalle has acquired a 136,000 sq ft distribution facility in Wirral Business Park.
Uneek, a UK clothing manufacturer and supplier, has agreed a new 10-year lease on the unit from landlord Bluemantle in a deal which enables it to relocate distribution facilities to the North West.
The company’s head office will remain in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
Phil Morley, associate director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s industrial and logistics team, said: “Uneek Clothing was attracted to Wirral Business Park by the specification and configuration of the available premises.
“Its relocation will create new jobs in the area, and illustrates that Upton remains an established industrial location in the North West.”
