Expanding plumbing firm aims to build on move to new premises

PLUMBING and heating group OMG has become the first occupier to move into Priority Sites’ new, high specification business accommodation in Widnes.

The plumbing and heating specialist, which has been established for over 20 years, has relocated from Bold Trading Estate, Widnes, to occupy 3,000 sq ft of premises, which will aid the company’s continued expansion.

Ged O’Mahony, managing director of OMG, who provide services to regional and national organisations within the public and private sectors, said: “Since 2005, our expansion programme has really stepped up.

“Following the purchase of a respected, Manchester-based air conditioning company, Atmospheric Products Limited, we quickly outgrew our previous premises at Bold Trading Estate.”

The Turnstone Business Park development at Widnes Waterfront offers self-contained office and hybrid units ranging in size from 1,174 to 6,616 sq ft and are available for sale or rent.
