New manager for £150m site

ST MODWEN Properties has announced the appointment of a new senior development manager to assist in the Great Homer Street regeneration scheme.

Paul Batho has been working for St Modwen for eight years, and will oversee the £150m Great Homer Street regeneration project.

He has also been involved in schemes at Trafford Park, Harpurhey and Wythenshawe.

The Great Homer Street scheme will deliver new homes and community facilities, including a health centre and library.

A retail centre is also planned, which includes the largest food superstore in Liverpool.
