PROPERTY agent GVA Grimley has been appointed as agent on three key industrial sites in the North West: Langtree’s Matrix Park, Alchemy and City Works developments.
The Alchemy development in Knowsley is positioned on one of the North West’s busiest transport networks, fronting the A580 East Lancashire Road. The 23-acre, speculatively built site totals 93,165 sq ft of prime industrial space.
Matrix Park, in Staffordshire, has 17,500 sq ft of industrial-cum- workshop space in eight units.
City Works, Phase 2 totals 55,000 sq ft of industrial space. The development is made up of small and medium sized industrial units in Openshaw, Manchester.
Roy Backhouse, industrial director at GVA Grimley’s Liverpool office, says: “These developments are of an extremely high specification, built with occupiers in mind, so GVA Grimley is very optimistic about future lettings at Matrix Park, Alchemy and City Works.”
