Leasing agents put warehouse on market

CARMEL Investments has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as joint leasing agents with Colliers CRE, on a 110,000 sq distribution warehouse at Stretton Distribution Centre in Warrington.
The distribution unit is a modern steel portal frame warehouse incorporating two storey open plan offices and, subject to planning consent, can be expanded by a further 20,000 sq ft.
Situated one mile from the M6/M56 interchange, it also benefits from a 45m deep service yard, which spans the width of the unit.
