HANOVER Street’s Stanley Building will this week become the first Liverpool One office space to reach its completion after major redevelopment.
Dating back to 1880, Stanley Building, along with two other period office buildings, will give firms the chance to base themselves within the £1bn Liverpool One scheme.
Stanley Building offers two floors of office accommodation spanning over 8,800 sq ft. While still retaining its period character, the building also contains retail and restaurant units.
The opening of the period offices, based opposite the city’s first Novotel, also coincides with launch of Q-Park’s 550-space car park also on Hanover Street.
Stanley Building offices are now available to let jointly through both Knight Frank and Keppie Massie. The offices will be available for occupation now.
