DTZ in ‘significant’ industrial unit let

ACTING on behalf of a private client, DTZ has advised on the letting of an industrial unit on Poynton Industrial Estate, in Cheshire.
LKA Tubes has taken Unit D on Third Avenue, a semi-detached warehouse unit comprising 13,724 sq ft, by way of a new full insuring and repairing lease for five years at a rent equivalent to £55,000 per year.
Poynton Industrial Estate is located approximately six miles from the M60.
Alex Smylie, senior surveyor at DTZ, said: “This deal represents a significant letting in the Poynton area, and provides an opportunity for the occupier to expand their business on a well- established estate.”
