Commercial agency takes up space in Square

EDWARD Symmons has moved in to 2,500 sq ft of space at Liverpool’s St Paul’s Square development, signing up for a 10-year lease.

The commercial agency first opened in Liverpool in 1982 and has grown to become one of the longest-standing and most highly respected practices in the city.

Colin Jennings, head of the Liverpool office, said: “Edward Symmons has continued to expand in Liverpool, in particular growing our building consultancy, agency and corporate services teams in the last couple of years.

“Earlier this year, we appointed the fifth partner to the team – Steven Grindley, former head of valuation and agency for the North West at Gerald Eve, joined in May.”
