More firms move in to business park

REGENERATION specialist St Modwen has attracted new occupiers to its 12-acre Prescot Business Park in Knowsley.
The latest businesses include Document Express, the photocopier supply firm, and building contractors Ingham & Garner.
Document Express has taken a 1,802 sq ft front door office suite on a five-year lease at £25,228 per annum, while Ingham & Garner has acquired two industrial units, totalling 2,600 sq ft, for £208,000 per annum.
The two deals increase the amount of space let, sold or under offer to 35,000 sq ft, of which more than 10,000 sq ft has been taken up in the past nine months.
Other recent arrivals include: Roberts Gardener Architects, Electech, Screen King, AA Projects, and Arm 4 Construction.
